####How It Works

1. You refer a friend via the referral page.
2. You are the first person to refer the friend or the friend’s company.
3. Your contact or your contact’s company becomes a Flatter Files customer.
4. Once the new customer has remitted payment for their discounted subscription your account or your company’s account will receive a onetime credit of $250.
5. The credit will automatically be applied to your next renewal or renewals.
6. If your referral credits are greater than the cost of your renewal then they will automatically be applied to the following renewal.

####Eligibility

• This offer only applies to Flatter Files customers in good standing and those customers whom they refer to a new paid Flatter Files subscription. Affiliate and Reseller plans as well as any other promotional rewards are excluded from this offer.
• This offer is not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.

####Program Terms

• Referral discounts must be for new Flatter Files accounts.
• Credits will not be applied retroactively.
• Credits will be applied to your next purchase(s).
• Flatter Files reserves the right to revoke credits for violations to its Terms of Service, for fraud, refunds, cancellations and charge-backs or a substantial change in business circumstances.
• Details of the program are subject to change without notice.

####Credit Limits

• No limit applies to the number of credits that can be rewarded for referrals.
• There is no cash value for credits under any referral offer with Flatter Files. Credits are non-refundable.
